I’ve chaired many events in the past ten years – from an audience of one on a wet Monday in Greenock, to a couple of thousand people crammed into Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall to see Graham Norton. Book festivals too; Bloody Scotland, Aye Write, Borders Book Festival and Tidelines to name a few. Each one has presented unique opportunities and I’ve had a load of fun.
